Priory Close Castle project
This historic building, dating back to 1848. John of Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster and son of King Edward III was living in the castle beside our building in the same area. It features exquisite sculptures and artworks of historical significance. The building is currently being
converted into luxury hotel units in Lancaster, set to be a landmark in the UK. The project spans 21,000 square meters and is expected to be completed by 2027, transforming this historical gem into a modern, prestigious hospitality destination
